FAQ
Answers about agents, integrations, and the core platform differences.
Request a DemoPalo Alto XSOAR is legacy SOAR with AI bolted on top. It still revolves around Python playbooks your team builds and maintains. BlinkOps ships pre-built agentic solutions with native agents included, works vendor-neutral across your stack, and runs the SOC, IAM, cloud, GRC, and vulnerability management on one platform.
Palo Alto XSOAR has no native AI agents. To use an AI SOC capability on the Palo Alto platform, buyers need to purchase XSIAM separately. BlinkOps includes Agent Studio and pre-built expert agents with the platform, bounded by an agent harness.
Palo Alto positions Cortex AgentiX as the next generation of XSOAR, so XSOAR teams face a platform transition either way. Moving to BlinkOps makes that transition count: agents and no-code workflows across every vendor in your stack, rather than a deeper commitment to one vendor's ecosystem.
BlinkOps includes AI SOC capabilities within the platform, alongside workflows, integrations, and case management at no additional cost. With Palo Alto XSOAR, AI SOC capabilities are licensed separately from XSOAR, adding cost for teams that want both SOAR and AI-driven SOC automation. BlinkOps brings both together under one platform license, without requiring separate products to add AI SOC capabilities.
